PhD - PSYCHOLOGIST

A psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of General and Labour Psychology at the Institute of Psychology, University of Opole. He has written more than 20 scientific articles and books. As a researcher, his focus is on negative social phenomena such as addictions, aggression, anxiety and consequences of COVID-19. Additionally, he is a practising psychologist, psychotherapist and addiction psychotherapy specialist. He is the author of a universal prevention program called "Smart Skills," which aims to develop personal and social skills, including understanding one's own emotions, effective communication and coping with challenging situations.
